Calunara Privacy Policy

Calunara is operated by 蓝岸知行 ("we"). This policy explains what the Calunara iPhone app and its Cloudflare service process.

Account information

Signing in is optional. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we store your provider account identifier and a hash of an email address when the provider supplies one. Authentication tokens are stored in the device Keychain. Personal events you create after signing in, public-package subscriptions, region and reminder preferences sync to your account through our Cloudflare service.

Apple Calendar and Reminders

Import is optional and requires system permission and confirmation of an import preview. Imported Calendar and Reminders items stay in a protected local database on this device. They are not uploaded to our account service or to any AI service. Removing an import does not alter the original system calendar or reminder.

Location

If you allow it, Calunara requests your approximate location once to suggest a holiday region. Apple's geocoding service converts it to a country code on the device; we do not receive or store your location.

Public data

Official holidays for mainland China (including adjusted working days), Taiwan and Macao are served by our Cloudflare service from government publications. Holidays for other supported regions come from Nager.Date; the requested country, year and your network address are visible to that provider. Sports schedules are supplied through our Cloudflare service using TheSportsDB.

Payments

Calunara is free at launch and does not currently sell in-app purchases. If purchases are offered later, Apple processes them; our server verifies transaction identifiers, products and expiration dates with Apple, and we do not receive payment-card details.

Feedback and diagnostics

Feedback is sent only when you submit it. It is stored with a ticket number and delivered by email to our support mailbox through Cloudflare Email Service. If you enable diagnostic attachments, only app version, OS version and language are included; event contents and account credentials are excluded. Operational logs contain request IDs, response status and duration, without event contents or account credentials. System permissions can be declined individually and changed in iOS Settings. Notifications are scheduled locally on the device.

Storage and deletion

Account data is stored in our Cloudflare service and retained while the account is active. You can sign out, clear local data, delete imported data or request account deletion in Profile → Data & privacy. Deletion removes the account's cloud events, subscriptions, feedback and purchase associations. A minimal deletion receipt is retained for up to 30 days so you can check completion. Provider revocation or temporary service failures may delay completion; the receipt shows the status.

Your choices

You may use personal events on the device without signing in. Moving device-only events into an account requires a separate merge confirmation. Profile → Data & privacy → Export data saves a JSON file with this device's current account data, including events, imported items and reminder settings; it excludes credentials and is not a complete cloud backup.
